What we don't collect

Where data lives

Data is stored per-server in a database operated by the bot, hosted on the infrastructure the server owner/bot operator has chosen. It is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except as described below.

The web dashboard

Logging into the dashboard uses Discord's OAuth2 login flow with the minimal identify scope - we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar, nothing else. A session token is stored in your browser to keep you logged in; it expires automatically.

Third parties

Data removal

If you'd like your data removed from a server's ladder, ask that server's moderators, or contact the bot operator directly. Removing the bot from a server does not automatically delete that server's stored data, but a moderator can request deletion.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the bot's features change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

Contact

Questions about this policy can be directed to the bot's operator through your Discord server.
