What we collect
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Discord user ID | Identifies you for matchmaking, ELO, and moderation - we don't collect your email, phone number, or Discord password. |
| Discord username / display name | Shown on leaderboards, match announcements, and the dashboard. |
| ELO, win/loss record, match history | The core ranking and matchmaking system. |
| Registered in-game ID (if you set one) | Shared with your matched opponent and a moderator during tournament verification. |
| Reports you submit or are named in | Reviewed by server moderators for rule enforcement. |
| Moderator action log | An audit trail of moderation actions, visible to that server's moderators. |
What we don't collect
- Your Discord password or login credentials - login is handled entirely by Discord's own OAuth2 system; we never see or store it.
- Message content from your server, beyond what you explicitly submit to the bot (e.g. a report or a registered ID).
- Payment information - we don't process payments. Optional support links (e.g. Buy Me a Coffee) go to that third party's own site.
Where data lives
Data is stored per-server in a database operated by the bot, hosted on the infrastructure the server owner/bot operator has chosen. It is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except as described below.
The web dashboard
Logging into the dashboard uses Discord's OAuth2 login flow with the minimal identify
scope - we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar, nothing else. A session token is
stored in your browser to keep you logged in; it expires automatically.
Third parties
- Discord - all bot functionality runs through Discord's API and is subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare - the dashboard's connection is routed through Cloudflare's network for reliability and security.
- Buy Me a Coffee - the optional support link takes you to their site directly; we don't receive any data from that interaction.
Data removal
If you'd like your data removed from a server's ladder, ask that server's moderators, or contact the bot operator directly. Removing the bot from a server does not automatically delete that server's stored data, but a moderator can request deletion.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the bot's features change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be directed to the bot's operator through your Discord server.
