1. What EloPulse is

EloPulse ("the bot", "we", "us") is a ranked matchmaking Discord bot and companion web dashboard. It provides matchmaking, ELO ranking, parties, tournaments, and moderation tools to Discord servers that add it.

2. Using the bot

• You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times while using EloPulse.
• Server owners and moderators are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately for their community and for moderating their own server's use of it.
• Don't attempt to abuse, exploit, or interfere with the bot's matchmaking, ranking, or tournament systems - including manipulating ELO, evading suspensions, or submitting false reports.
• We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the bot for any server or user found to be abusing it.

3. The web dashboard

The dashboard is accessed via Discord OAuth2 login. Access is limited to users with the Moderator role (or Manage Server permission) in a given server. You're responsible for keeping your own Discord account secure, since dashboard access is tied directly to it.

4. No warranty

EloPulse is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and your data accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for lost ELO, match history, or other data resulting from bugs, downtime, or server issues.

5. Changes to the bot or these terms

Features, ELO formulas, and these terms may change over time as the bot is developed further. Continued use of the bot after a change means you accept the updated terms.

6. Termination

Server owners can remove the bot from their server at any time. We may also stop supporting or shut down the bot at any time, for any reason.
